On August 26,the first welders' competition was held by Yangfan Marine Engineering Co.on Mayi Island and 54 welders joined it.The competition which includes manual welding and carbon dioxide arc welding, has three levels: primary, intermediate and advanced.
Since 2013, Yangfan Group has planned to set up an own service engineering company to speed up labor management transition,stabilize skilled working staff for key work and handle the seasonal labor shortage which is prevalent in shipbuilding industry.Employees who are responsible for important production milestones and give prominence to engineering team, has been increasing to 670 from March this year the company was founded.
